Leadership is aspect of evolving as we go along our journey of life, each of us needs to sense what is going all around us, interpret & act if we need to do it for society cause or as part of our responsibility and/ or accountability.

For example; we can educate students from doing their small household tasks to bigger responsibilities as they moves towards college.

We need to share importance of coming forward & taking responsibility. We need to educate them that Quality Education is one of the MOST important parameter in life but its not the ONLY one…

We need to have combined approach of :

1. Learning & doing PRACTICAL WORK without hesitation.
2. We have to be down to earth.
3. We need to teach them HUMANITY / helping others.
4. We need to prepare them for unpredicted problem solving with patience from smaller level to gradual bigger ones as per their classes.
5. We need to create culture of taking participates in Sports / Drama / Stage Activities / General Knowledge competitions etc.
6. We need to create interest in STUDY just as Fun & Play. Students should NOT feel like burden.
7. We need to educate them for power of TEAM… The benefits of I can DO it vs together We’ll make it HAPPEN… as the power of WE multiplies and results in BIG SUCCESS and so many other factors …
